Each woman selected her fragrance, created her candle, and gave it a meaningful name.

Some chose names like Stillness, Peace, and Calming.

What stood out most wasn't simply the candles they created.

It was the atmosphere.

The conversations. The laughter. The creativity.

And the opportunity for each woman to pause and do something meaningful for herself.

That experience reminded me of something important:
