2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and other content displayed on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are complete, current, or error-free.

Due to differences in monitor and mobile device settings, actual product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Our candles and select products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, fragrance, labeling, wax appearance, and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Limit quantities purchased per customer or household.
Correct pricing or typographical errors.
Cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies.

If your payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Home Fragrance Products

Candles, room sprays, wax melts, and other home fragrance products are final sale.

Store credit may be issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery, subject to review and approval.

Glow Lounge™ Apparel & Lifestyle Collection

Glow Lounge™ apparel and lifestyle products are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:

Unworn
Unwashed
Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
Returned in their original condition
Returned with all original tags attached (if applicable)

5. Shipping

Please review our Shipping Policy for information regarding processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product names, photographs, videos, graphics, text, digital publications, product designs, branding materials, and other intellectual property—is the exclusive property of The Polished Wick Candle Company™ and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Product Safety & Limitation of Liability

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and according to the instructions provided.

Candle Safety Reminder

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface.
Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Polished Wick Candle Company™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, website, or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
