Candle Care

How do I burn my candle for the first time?

Your first burn sets the tone for every burn after ,so let's do it right! Allow your candle to burn until the entire top layer of wax has melted to the edges of the jar (this is called a full melt pool). This prevents tunneling and ensures you get the most out of every pour. This typically takes 2–4 hours depending on the size of your candle.

How do I care for my wick?

Trim your wick to ¼ inch before every burn. A trimmed wick means a cleaner, brighter flame and a longer-lasting candle. We recommend using a wick trimmer for the best results. Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

How long will my candle last?

Burn times vary by size, but with proper care (trimmed wick, full melt pools, no drafts), you can expect a beautiful, long-lasting burn. Check the product listing for the estimated burn time for your specific candle.

What is soy wax and why do you use it?

Our candles are hand-poured using a premium soy wax blend. Soy wax is a natural, renewable resource that burns cleaner and longer than paraffin. It also holds fragrance beautifully, so you get a rich, true-to-scent experience from the first light to the last.

Are your candles non-toxic?

Yes! Our candles are crafted with clean-burning, non-toxic ingredients — no parabens, phthalates, or harmful additives. We use luxury fragrance blends that are safe for your home and your family.

Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience as our team hand-pours and packages every order with care.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on qualifying domestic orders. Economy shipping starts at $7.95–$9.95 for orders that don't meet the free shipping threshold.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! International orders are currently available to Canada and the UK, with additional markets available through our store. International processing times can be up to 18 business days. Shipping rates vary by destination:

  • Canada: $19.95 CAD
  • United Kingdom: $24.95 GBP

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales on candles, room sprays, and home fragrance items are final. We take great care in quality-checking every order before it leaves our hands.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We've got you! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with store credit.

What about Glow Lounge apparel?

Glow Lounge apparel items are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 5 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
