At The Polished Wick Candle Co., we take great pride in crafting each candle by hand with care and precision. We want you to love your purchase!

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds — however, we are happy to provide store credit for any items that arrive damaged or defective.

To request store credit:

  • Please email us at thepolishedcandlecompany@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).

  • Approved store credit will be issued in the form of an online gift card to use on a future purchase.

Please note:

  • Store credit does not expire.

  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds for used candles.

  • We are unable to provide store credit for orders reported after 7 days of delivery.

  • Sale items, limited editions, and gift cards are final sale.
